Where does Baume Studio ship?

Baume Studio ships worldwide.

How can I track my Baume Studio order?

As soon as your order is shipped out, Baume Studio will email you with shipping confirmation documents and tracking number. It might take up to two days for the tracking information to show on our partner’s website.

What if the package is returned due to failed delivery?

For failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees – Baume Studio does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent again, you will have to respectfully pay the shipping fees once again.

What if the package is lost during shipment?

In case of a lost package, Baume Studio will resolve the issue with its partners.

RETURNS

Since we are a small brand, we cannot guarantee the shipping costs of a return, which will have to be covered by the customer. But we have a personalized customer support service, so if you have any questions about the item, please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@baumestudio.com. We will be happy to help you clarify any questions.

1. STEP ONE

If you wish to return any item bought at BaumeStudio, please contact us by email within the first 7 days after receiving the piece.

Please note that we can only accept returns of products that are still in original conditions:
That has not been washed or used.
The customer has the right to try on the clothes to test the size and shape, but cannot wear them.
The packaging should be undamaged (carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged).

If the defect or non-compliance with the justifications for the return is confirmed, the full amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

2. STEP TWO

The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. If the pieces are lost in the process no exchange or return will be placed. To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).

Our shop will not pay any taxes or customs fees for the returning items. However, we will support the cost of postage in case of an error from our side (mistaken or damaged product).

The money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.
